The holidays are right around the corner and there is a lot be merry for as a "FASHIONISTA."
I particulary love the holidays because there is the holidays gatherings with family and friends, the holiday parties, and cool wintery fashions that are among us. A lot of people always ask the question.. What to wear during the holidays to parties and gatherings...?

I wanted to share my Betty Boop Inspired look with you all. I am a huge fan of Betty Boop and her red lip and dark eye. This look was achieved with a Russian Red lipstick and lipglass from MAC and stacked eyelashes also from MAC.

FAUX FUR IS A MUST HAVE FOR FALL

Faux Fur is the perfect outerwear for the fall. It was a must have for me this fall. I decided to pair my faux fur vest with a pair of stella jean jeggings, nude pump, and a red clutch. I wore this to the Fashion Design Preview. Check out my look and how to get the look below:

FASHION IS IN DALLAS!

 

This weekend I was invited to a runway show sponsored by The Designers Choice Fashion Preview (DCFP) at the Dallas World Trade Center. The event was hosted by Korto Momolu of Project Runway(season 5) and it benefited the Genesis Women’s Shelter.

The event came to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, featuring fabulous collections by local designers from Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas. I was very surprised at the fashions that were created by up and coming designers ranging from ages 17 and up. Look out for Dallas because everything is bigger in Texas!!
