WHAT is FASHION?

I've seen many new blogs, new tumblrs, new instagrams, and twitters promoting their ideas and concepts of fashion. However, I have seen a repeat of some of the same things. More like duplication, imitation, not originality. Don't get me wrong its nothing wrong with taking someone else's style or something they have done, but what about making it your own and owning your own look. So the question that lingers in my mind is "what is fashion?" Is it chic, is it glam, is it some one's else style, or is your own distinct flavor on current trends.

Any who you tell me... ? I am on the search looking for more blogs, instagrams, and tumblrs that can define this for me. I have my answer but I'm looking for yours. 

I will get started by sharing a few pics from blogs/tumblrs that I thought were bomb ass and they OWNED it!! I give props as they are due!!

Today, I have to deviate from the normalcy of discussing fashion and shed light on the Beyonce Fake Pregnancy rumors.

For some time now, the media has been on a rampage brutalizing my idol, King Bey.  I will not sit around in silence. All Bey wants to do is keep her pregnancy safe.   Without a a doubt, she is indeed carrying a child (as if I live in Beyonce uterus), and we should allow her and Jay Z to seize the moment of carrying their first child.  Seeing her on the VMAS earlier this year, I got excited when she introduced to the world that they were expecting a baby.

So as I prepare to watch the role model, for all women, on 20/20 tonight, my emotions are getting the best of me.  I feel like I am experiencing this joyful joy that she is bringing into the world!

In Bey's interview with Katie Couric, she addressed the fake pregnancy rumors.  She told Couric, "The truth is, it’s safety. I just want to make sure I can have a peaceful day. And I want to make sure my child is protected."

I hope all the naysayers tune in and stop the ridicule.  Let my King Bey and her hubby have a great pregnancy.
